Charlene Ree, the Founder, and CEO of EternityX, was honoured to receive the GBA Outstanding Young Women Entrepreneur Award at the 2021 GBA Outstanding Women Entrepreneur Awards Ceremony, held in Ritz-Carlton Hong Kong.
The GBA Outstanding Women Entrepreneur Award was jointly organized by Hong Kong Small and Medium Enterprises Association and Metro finance, aiming to recognize women entrepreneurs with distinguished achievements and contributions for the development of the The Greater Bay Area (GBA). The core value of the award is also to encourage and sustain the feminist entrepreneurial spirit with the goals of growing the economy and community of the Greater Bay Area.
The Judging Panel made up of renowned political and business professionals assessed the shortlisted candidates based on five major spheres, including Enterprise Management and Development, Industry Influence and achievement, Contribution for the Greater Bay Area Development, Corporate and Social Responsibility, and Personal Reputation and Recognition. Three categories of awards were presented to the female entrepreneur winners at the ceremony, namely as follows:
- GBA Outstanding Women Entrepreneur Award
- GBA Outstanding Women Entrepreneur Award in Family Business
- GBA Outstanding Young Women Entrepreneur Award
Charlene Ree, the founder and CEO of EternityX, was named the winner of the GBA Outstanding Young Women Entrepreneur Award at the ceremony. Charlene and EternityX have been devoted to bridging the gap between the Western and the Chinese digital marketing landscape, ever since she founded the company. By providing customized overseas marketing solutions for worldwide brands, she led the company to empower brands and accurately connect China and target audiences around the globe.

As an outstanding entrepreneur, she sets an inspirational example and was a strong female role model to me no matter work or life journey aspects. I would never understand that women also have such a strong and capable side if it wasn’t her.’
Charlene is also committed to promoting equal rights and opportunities within the company. She utilizes talents without regard to their age, gender, or nationality. In EternityX, there are 48% of female employees and the proportion of women in senior management roles is over 70% currently.
It is her earnest hope that winning this award could deliver positive impacts to the working women in society. ‘I sincerely believe that every woman has distinct qualities that would help them to unleash their potentials at work. Your self-confidence will help you achieve excellent results and contribute to society. I will lead the company in the upcoming days while demonstrating a commitment to make a positive impact on the AI Marketing industry, society, and the greater Bay Area,’ said Charlene Ree.
