David Lee is a financial and legal strategist and entrepreneur. He is currently the CFO and Head of Product Innovation of EternityX Marketing Technology Limited, China’s acclaimed pragmatic AI marketing technology platform empowering cross-cultural, cross-border connection between global brands and consumers.
David’s career has been propelled by an innate curiosity to deeply understand the business models of various industries, the financial mechanics underpinning these models, and a profound passion for technology. At EternityX, he plays a pivotal role in integrating Generative AI into the company’s solutions, driving not only the enhancement of marketing strategies but also fostering creativity, innovation, and efficiency in product development and operations. Beyond his role at EternityX, David applies his financial, legal acumen and strategic expertise to identify compelling early-stage startups and investment opportunities, including those that harness the potential of AI.
Prior to his current role, David served as a legal counsel at Simpson Thacher & Bartlett, one of the world’s leading international law firms. He provided strategic advice to founders, management teams, and various international financial institutions on matters ranging from strategic decisions and private financings across different stages, to initial public offerings and other corporate matters. David played a key role in advising Alibaba on its landmark IPO in the United States, as well as the IPOs of prominent Internet companies such as Qutoutiao (趣頭條). David also advised international financial institutions in numerous high-profile transactions involving companies such as Weibo (微博), Qunar (去哪兒), and Vipshop (唯品會).
As the Managing Director of EternityX, Neil leads Hong Kong & Macau BD and AM teams, providing all-round digital marketing services for luxury, banking & finance, beauty & cosmetic, travel retail, and airline clients; service range includes Google, Facebook, Programmatic, MCN, social maintenance, OTA, and direct media buying. Neil has market experience in Global, China, Hong Kong, Macau and Taiwan, and was awarded the MediaWorks championship by Campaign Asia-Pacific. He gained two years of working experience in a Nasdaq-listed company’s media and account management team, traveling across Hong Kong and Shanghai. For the past project, he conducted local marketing campaigns for one of the largest fast-food brands in Hong Kong, achieving the top ranking in both Google and Apple App and reached outstanding ROI.
Victor has over 10 years of experience covering all aspects of digital marketing, in China as well as globally. Victor is focused on identifying and driving revenue opportunities, establishing strategic agency networks and partnership, and growing client relations. He plays an instrumental role in EternityX, responsible for its account management and ad operation team, as well as in its global business development expansion to Europe, Japan and Korea.
Remy has over 10 years of Media sales experience covering different digital marketing channels, specializing in China digital marketing.
Remy is focused on connecting global clients with the China market and establishing agency partnerships worldwide. He plays an instrumental role in EternityX, responsible for global business development expansion in SEA, Oceania, Europe, and Asia
Prior to joining EternityX, Remy was the General Manager at Qihoo 360 HK, focusing on business development, and bringing Qihoo 360 to the worldwide stage.
Cecilia has multicultural experience having studied and worked in the media industry in UK as well as Hong Kong, where she developed in-depth knowledge on Print and Digital Media planning and buying. Since joining EternityX, Cecilia played an important role in enhancing company cross-department communication efficiency, leading the account management team in serving client with professionalism, and is instrumental in assisting the business development team to advance expansion roadmap and strategies.
Cecilia’s professional expertise are highly recognized by industry clients, and she has been selected by Campaign Asia in 2022 as one of the Women to Watch in Greater China.
With over 15 year’s sales experience working across digital, out-of-home and radio, Tony has a keen understanding of the ever-evolving advertising landscape. With a strong focus on client relationships, Chinese consumers and data-driven campaigns, Tony is passionate about providing outstanding results for his clients.
Luke has 20+ years’ experience in advertising and media across digital, radio, publishing, content and TV, including leadership roles in commercial, strategy, cross-platform and business development across Australia and the United Kingdom. Luke has a passion for identifying new advertising technology and making it available to his clients and agencies to maximise their campaign performance.
Winmin is passionate about digital marketing technology and has deep understanding on its ecosystems in the China market. Winmin was previously the Managing Director of Research and Development at Guang Zhou Shunfei Information Technology Ltd., leading the development of its DSP and increase the system’s ability to handle the increase in daily requests from 100 million to 50 billion. Winmin also previously led the successful development and deployment of customized DMP for China Merchants Bank.
Charlene is an established digital trailblazer and a growth-centric serial entrepreneur. She blends her strategic and execution acumen with her deep knowledge and passion for digital businesses. With two decades of experience in digital advertising, Charlene has spent her endeavour in identifying, growing and efficiently deploying resources to core competencies and successfully implementing go-to-market strategies. As the founder and CEO of EternityX Marketing Technology, she aspires to act as the bridge between China and the rest of the world, empowering brands to build a true connection with their target audiences, thus bringing lifelong brand value and increased revenue for their businesses.
Prior to founding EternityX, Charlene co-founded Httpool Asia, the APAC regional hub of Httpool Group and one of Hong Kong’s leading cross-channel advertising networks and digital performance providers that was later sold to a subsidiary of SONY in 2017. Prior to that, Charlene has spent time in various international digital media companies in Hong Kong and New York from Yahoo! to IPG and Publicis Groupe agencies.
